Insulation – Spray Foam

Spray foam insulation, most commonly used in new and retrofit commercial and institutional construction, provides the highest level of insulation (R-value) and a continuous air barrier that saves both time in installation and money. In commercial construction, often using metal framing, spray foam adheres securely, completely sealing out drafts, moisture, mold, pollen, dust and pests and further strengthens the buildings structural integrity.

Spray foam is applied as a liquid which expands as a foam, filling every nook, cranny, crevice, hole, crack and gap making an air-tight seal. It does not settle or sag over time and never wears out. It is not just building’s that loose energy costing you money, even the equipment that you use can benefit from spray foam insulation. Spray foam insulation can dramatically reduce your operating costs and increase comfort levels for building occupants. Not only does it make business sense on your bottom line, you can be a model corporate citizen and be a leader in eco-consciousness.
