Asbestos Abatement

As with all hazardous materials, safe removal is paramount, for both the licensed professionals performing the work and for the occupants of the building. In residential buildings, Keating puts safety first. Licensed to remove and properly dispose of hazardous material, Keating is skilled in evaluating vermiculite in attics and walls, around boilers (taping), around ducting (wrap), transite board around electrical panels and transite siding on exterior of homes.

In compliance with government regulations Keating has successfully removed Type 1, 2 and 3 levels of asbestos found in residences throughout all of northwestern Ontario. All hazardous materials require secure transportation to special dumpsites and a special insurance is necessary to haul such materials.
